Everything is now in one place you can hold in your hand on the mat — no printed packet to flip through, no scrolling.

Set it up in 30 seconds:

HOW TO USE IT AT PRACTICE

· Tap the week. Tap Monday or Wednesday. The full session loads.

· Every timed hold is a button — tap it and the timer runs on screen. No stopwatch needed.

· Tap Lane 1, 2, or 3 to see exactly how to regress or progress that day's work for the athlete in front of you.

That lane system is the core of this program. One team plan, three levels of execution. Your beginners and your advanced athletes train in the same window without anyone getting watered down or rushed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

· Mondays and Wednesdays, 15–20 minutes inside your existing practice window.

· Bodyweight only, on the mats. No equipment.

· Weeks 1–4 build the foundation. Weeks 5–8 build strength endurance. Weeks 9–12 sharpen power and readiness.

The goal is never exhaustion. The goal is quality under control. If posture, landing quality, or body line breaks down, stop the set. That is coaching, not quitting.

WEEK 1 STARTS MONDAY

Open the tool, tap Week 1, tap Monday, and run it. That is the whole ask this week.

I will check in after your first two sessions to see how the timing felt and whether we need to adjust anything for your group.
